Paleo Cinnamon Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
70 g. Honeyville Almond Flour - (1/2 cup + 1/8 cup)1/8 cup Coconut Flour1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp sea salt2 eggs - medium/large1/2 cup whole fat coconut milk (stir before measuring)3/4 tsp vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 cup mashed banana
Directions
Combine dry ingredients thoroughly and then add wet ones - stir well with whisk to combine. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with coconut oil - using a 2T cookie scoop, drop batter into pan and spread slightly.
