Fruit Smoothy

Ingredients
Protein Powder, Whey, Natural, Vanilla (Publix) - 1 scoop, 1 serving bananna, 1 servingMangos, 1 cup, slicedHemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds, 1 tbsp
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Add chilled water and/or ice cubes. (My banannas are usually frozen) Add spices to taste (cinnamon, nutmeg, alspice, vanilla, etc.) I sometimes add stevia as well. Enjoy!
