Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients
1 head cabbage, quartered and chopped1 onion, chopped8 strips of bacon, rawsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Line a baking pan with foil. Place bacon strips in the pan and bake at 400 for 15-20 min or until crispy. remove from pan to drain. DO NOT pour out grease. Add cabbage and onions to grease in pan and toss well. Bake for 25-30 min, stirring about half way through, or until cabbage is softened. Chop bacon, add to cabbage, tossing to combine. Bake an additional 10-15 min or until cabbage is cooked through.
