crock pot sesame chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast no skin,1.5lb Honey, .5 cup *Soy Sauce .25 cup dried Onions 2 tbsp chopped *Ketchup, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, .5 tsp Cornstarch, 2 teaspoons *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
Directions
Put CHicken in Crock pot. Combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil and garlic. Pour over Chicken.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high 1.5-2.5 hours, or just until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from crock pot, leave sauce.
Dissolve cornstarch in 3tblsp of water and pour into crock pot. Stir. Replace lid and cook on high for ten minutes. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and return to pot, can leave and simmer on low or serve.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice
