Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)*Cheese, Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, 3 tbsp (remove)Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)Sriracha to taste
Break up a whole head of cauliflower, Boil for 6 minutes then drain.
Put in a food processor with 3 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tbs half and half. add Sriracha to taste. Pulse until smooth and serve!
