Slow Cooker Chicken Philly Sandwich

Ingredients
1T butter1 onion, sliced2 green peppers, sliced3 chicken breastsLawrey's seasoned salt, to tastepepper, to taste12 slices Sargento Ultra Thin Provolone6 Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls
Directions
Layer in a 3-4qt slow cooker: 1T butter, sliced onion, sliced green peppers, chicken breasts, seasoned salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Shred or slice chicken and top a whole wheat hoagie roll with chicken and veggie mixture, then with 2 slices of ultra thin provolone and enjoy!
