Healthy Baked Eggplant

Ingredients
Sliced round EggplantEgg WhiteProgresso Bread Crumbs-seasoned
Directions
Once the eggplant is cut dip it in the egg white followed by the bread crumbs. Place the eggplant on a sprayed (with Pam) pan and place in the oven on 375 degrees for a total of 30 minutes. After the first 15 minutes flip the eggplant over so each side gets a chance to brown.
