1 cup spinach.25 cups kale1 cup greek yogurt, plain2 cups water1 tbs each chia and flax seeds3 small bananas, under 6"1 bag frozen great value mixed fruit
Directions
blend first 4 ingredients, add seeds and pulse a few times, add fruit and blend to desired consistency.
