Corn & Crab Fritters

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter2 tbsp chopped onions2 cloves mince garlic1/2 cup frozen corn3/4 cups flour1 tbsp sugar1tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 large eggs3/4 cup milk1/2 lb crab meatOil
Directions
1) Melt butter in a large skillet, add vegetables & saute for 5 min.
2) Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt in a bowl.
3) Beat eggs, add milk. Stir sauteed vegetables & milk mixture into flour mixture. Fold in crab meat.
4) Fry in 375 deg oil, turning once until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serving Size: Makes 24 fritters
