Awesome Tropical Peach Cake

Ingredients
1 large 28oz can of peaches drained & mashed2 c all purpose flour2 c ideal sugar substitute 2 tsp baking sodaDrain peaches place in a large bowl & mash with handsAdd flour,sugar & baking soda mix wellPreheat oven @ 350*Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray, pour in batterBake for approx 30-35 min ( my oven cooks fast so 25 min) or until toothpick comes out cleanIcing Recipe:3/4 c ideal sugar substitute 1 c shredded unsweetened coconut8 Tbsp of raw coconut butter10 oz 2% evaporated milk (2-5oz cans)1 c chopped pecansMix all ingredients except nuts in a saucepan heat until boiling & icing starts to thicken stirring frequentlyRemove from heat & stir in nuts Spread on cooled cake
Directions
Drain peaches place in a large bowl & mash with hands
Add flour, sugar & baking soda. Mix well
Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray, pour in batter
Bake for approx 30-35 min or until toothpick comes out clean

Icing : mix all ingredients except nuts in a saucepan. Heat until boiling & icing begins to thicken stirring frequently
Remove from heat & stir in nuts
Spread on a cooled cake
