Curry and ginger Kaski Pilaf

Ingredients
1 bag Kashi Seven Whole Grain Pilaf1 c water1 tbsp olive oil1 c Chicken Broth1/4 c pine nuts1 clove garlic finely chopped1 c California Trail mix - coarsely chopped1.5 tbsp curry powder2 tsp ginger1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Brown pilaf and pine nuts in olive oil. Add garlic and stir. Add water and chicken broth. Bring to a boil then simmer 15 minutes. Add California mix and spices, Allow to simmer another 10-15 minutes until liquid is gone.
