Ingredients
2lbs Beef Round Roast (boneless)2 cans beef broth1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)2 cans whole white potatoesBaby Carrots (to taste)Mushrooms (to taste)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow roaster / Crock Pot.
Let cook on High for 4 - 5 hours then move to low 3 - 4 hours until ready to serve.
