Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup long grain rice2/3 cup orzo pasta or 1 cup broken vermicelli1 1/2 cups chicken broth1 cup water 1 tablespoon buttter
Melt butter in 2 quart pan. Add pasta to butter and stir until browned. Add rice and remove from heat; mix thoroughly. When well mixed, add broth and water. Bring to a boil, then lower heat , cover and simmer 20-22 minutes until all water is absorbed and rice is soft. Turn heat off and let set a few minutes. Stir from bottom, fluff. then serve.
