amy's simple cinnamon granola

Ingredients
2 c. oatmeal2 c. rice crispies1/2 c. unsweetened, coconut1/2 c. chopped, walnuts1/4 c. ground flaxseed1/4 c. oil1/2 c. honey2 tsp. cinnamon1/8 tsp. salt
Directions
In a large bowl, mix oats, rice crispies, walnuts, flaxseed, salt and cinnamon. Mix oil and honey together and then pour over dry ingredients. Stir to make sure everything is coated well. Spread onto a large baking sheet and bake at 350F/175C for 30-35 min. stir granola after 15 min of baking. when golden dump granola onto a piece of foil and allow to cool. makes 12 1/2 c. servings.
