Ingredients
Old El Paso Tostada Shells, (3 shells = one serving)Rosarita Refried Beans, Fat Free, 0.5 cupIceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped*Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.25 cup
Directions
Heat the beans until hot. Spread evenly on shells. Top with shredded lettuce and cheese. For a kick add a little hot sauce and some fat free sour cream!! Avocados are good on these too but change the fat and calorie content. Very fast and filling lunch or dinner. Three whole tostadas are only 327 calories and 12 grams of fat. Enjoy!!
