Healthy Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup oatmeal3/4 cup white sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 large egg1/3 cup skim milk1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce6 oz regular Greek yogurt1 pint blueberries, rinsed
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray
2. Stir together the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside
3. Beat an egg with a fork in a medium bowl and add milk, applesauce, and yogurt; whisk together until smooth
4. Stir liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients until mixed and moistened
5. Stir in blueberries
6. Spoon muffin batter into muffin pan
7. Sprinkle oatmeal on the top of muffins
8. Bake muffins until they rise and the tops are golden brown; about 20-25 minutes.
