Ingredients
1- 10" non stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray1- cup mashed potatoes spread across the bottom of pan.75- cup sauteed onion scattered on the potatoes.75- cup Normandy Blend placed evenly over the onions 1.5 oz- American sliced cheese on top of the blend4 T- Salsa one table spoon on each slice of cheeseseason to taste I like Mrs. DashPlace in a 400F oven for 30 minutes or until done

Cooking time varies between 30-40 minutes a knife should go in and come out clean
