Ingredients: *Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised, 8 oz (remove) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)Add an Ingredient
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in large skillet on medium heat
Sautee Onions for 2-3 min
Add Pork Chops and Brown slightly on both sides
add one can of cream of mushroom soup
turn heat to a low, cover skillet and let pork chops simmer until cooked through.

Serving Size: makes four 4 oz chops
