Ingredients
4 chopped, cooked chicken breasts1/3 cup whoel cranberry sauce1/2 cup chopped pistachios1/2 cup diced celery1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt**1/4 cup light mayonnaise1 tablespoon honey1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper1-1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves (or 1-1/2 teaspoons dried)optional add ons (not included in nutrition)16 slices, sara lee honey wheat 45 calories bread40 spinach leaves
Directions
