Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter - salted or unsalted1/4 cup white sugar1/3 cup brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 egg1 tsp vanilla2/3 cup flour1/2 tsp baking soday2 cups granola type cereal1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Cream butter, cinnamon and white & brown sugars.
Beat in egg and vanilla
Combine flour and baking soda, beat into butter mixute.
Mix in granola and chocolate chips.
Drop by tbsp onto baking sheet
Bake at 350 F x 8 mins
Cool on sheet x 2 min
Move to wire rack to finish cooking.
