Cold Chicken Avocado Squash Salad

Ingredients
Chunk one avocado into half inch size pieces. Slice an onion thinly until you have 1/4 Cup. Dice 2 Campari tomatoes (or 2 medium sweet tomatoes) into 8 pieces each. Cut the squash into bite size slices.Use 2 Cups. Dice 8 oz baked chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Put all ingredients into bowl & drizzle 1 Tbs olive oil over the whole. Add 1 Ths red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with 1/2 Tbs dill weed and 1 tsp basil. Gently toss all together, cover, and refrigerate overnight. This may need salt & pepper to taste when served.
Directions
Use pre baked chicken. I have several good recipes: southwest chipotle, dill & basil to name a couple.

Also good for leftovers.
