Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Kirkland), .50 cup Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Mangos, .50 cup cubed Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup Soy Milk, 4 fl oz
Directions
throw it all in your favorite blender and hit frappe - if you are using a bullet you will need to chop the spinach and use the larger bullet container.
