1 Raw Beet, chopped with skin removed1 Raw Carrot, chopped1 Apple, with skin (remove seeds and stem)0.5 cups orange juiceIce cubes (about a small handful)
Directions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a "smoothie" consistency.
