Chicken Alfredo & Brown Minute Rice Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz Tyson Grilled Diced Chicken Breast1 jar Classico Light Asiago Romano Alfredo Sauce1 cup (dry) "Minute Rice" Brown rice1 cup water1 Tbsp extra light olive oil1 sm can mushroom pieces & stems1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, beans & corn)Sweet Basil, Garlic Powder, Curry Powder & Pepper to taste1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brown chicken in a small amount of olive oil.
Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes & Parmesan cheese, place in 2 qt covered cassserole dish. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes & Parmesan cheese over top, bake another 5-10 minutes, until rice is done.
