Orange-Ginger Broccoli

3 cups fresh broccoli, chopped1/2 teaspoon thyme1 large orange, sliced1 Tablespoon I can't believe it's not butter light1 Tablespoon honey1 teaspoon ginger
1. Bring a pot of water to a simmer; Add broccoli. Sprinkle with thyme. Top broccoli with orange slices. Cover; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine butter, honey and ginger; cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended, stirring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL.
3. Remove orange slices and set aside; drain broccoli. Drizzle broccoli with butter mixture and serve with orange slices.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
