Boneless Skinless Chicken, 18 oz (about 6 breasts)Provolone 42% lower sodium Boar's Head, 6 serving (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1 cup ( fresh baby spinach leaves)Boar's Head Seasoned Ham, 6 oz ( 6 slices )Nabisco Cracker Meal, .25 cup (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
makes 6 servings preheat oven to 375
in a bowl mix cracker meal and seasonings
wash chicken and lay flat cut side up
cover chicken with a layer of spinach , 1 slice ham, slice of provolone, roll up and pin closed with a tooth pick or two.
place in meal mixture and put into baking pan.
bake in oven about hour till tender.
