Chocolate-Chip Pie

Ingredients
1 single frozen pie crust1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon baking soda6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar2 tablespoons granulated sugar3 tablespoons splenda for baking3 tablespoons egg substitute1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup semisweet or milk chocolate chocolate chips

Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F and place rack in the lower third. Use 9" frozen pit cruse, leave in freezer until ready to fill.

2. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside. In the bowl of a mixer cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and blend until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Smooth into crust-lined pan.

3. Bake until pie is golden and center is just set but not overcooked, about 45 min. Cover with foil during the last 10 min to prevent overbrowning. Let pie cool almost completely and slice.
