Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients
1 banana mashed2 eggs1/4 cup (or 4 tbs) coconut flour1 heaping tablespoon almond or cashew butter1 teaspoon coconut oil1 cup blueberries (i used frozen but fresh should be fine)cinnamon (per your taste)sprinkling of baking powder
Directions
mash banana
wisk in the rest of the ingredients
fold in blueberries
batter will be very thick

cook on low to no higher than medium heat. WARNING: these take MUCH longer to cook than traditional pancakes and are harder to tell when they are done. Be sure to not get too impatient so the insides cook. I turned them when they were browning up on the bottom and were staying together enough to flip. TRUST ME they are worth the wait!
