Super Spicey Chilli con carne

Ingredients
3 cups dry red beans6 cups water1 Tbl olive oil1 red onion chopped2 stalks celery chopped3 cloves garlic finely chopped2 Tbl whole oregano crushed1.22 lbs 93% lean ground beef2 Tbl ground chilli32 oz tomatoe sauce2 tsp ground cumin1 Tbl cinnamon2 large jalapinos seeds removed and diced4 parred and chopped carrots1 tsp salt1 Tbl granulated sugar1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Rinse and soak 3 cups of red beans overnight in 6 cups of water.
The following morning saute onion, garlic, celery and oregano. Add beans, water, tomatoe sauce, ground beef, carrots, and spices. Bring to boil and then transfer to large slow cooker. Cook on high for 5 hours.
Taste and adjust spices to your liking.
