Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp minced garlic2 T minced onion1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp white pepper1/8 tsp ground nutmeg1/4 c flour2 c Land of Lakes Fat Free Half & Half2 c 1% Milk1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese1/4 C Kraft Shredded Parmesan, Romano & Asiago Cheese
Directions
1.In a saucepan on medium high heat, add the olive oil, garlic and onion. Cook until onion is translucent. Do not burn the garlic
2. Add in salt, pepper, nutmeg & flour. Whisk until combined.
3. Add half & half and milk. Whisk until combined and you no longer have lumps. Keep stirring until mixture thickens.
4. Take off the burner and ad your cheeses. Stir until cheese is melted.
