Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients
1.5 lb. boneless pork chops2 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup (low fat)1 1/2 packet of dry Ranch Dressing mix
Directions
Place boneless pork chops in slow cooker.
Mix soup with dressing mix and pour over chops.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours
Serve over brown rice
