Watermelon - seedless, about an 1/8 of a watermelonBanana (fresh or frozen)White Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (I use Designer Whey)Non-fat plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla flavored)
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender, add some ice cubes and blend away
