Pepperoncini Hot Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
Beef, eye of round, 3 lbs.Pepperoncini Peppers - 6 peppersHeinz Chunky Chili Sauce - 1/2 cupWater, tap, 1/2 cupPepperoncini Pepper Juice 1/2 cupKnorr Classic Brown Gravy, 1 pkt. dry mixWater, tap, 1/2 cup
Directions
Steak Chuck Eye cut to 1.5 inch thick steaks.
Brown in pressure cooker

Seed and rough dice peppers

Add: diced peppers, chili sauce, 1/2 c. water, pepper juice to beef in pressure cooker.

Pressure cook 15 minutes.

Shred beef in separate bowl.

In a sauce pan. Mix pkt of Knorr Classic Brown Gravy with 1/2 cup cold water. When smooth, temper gravy mixture with hot liquids from pressure cooker.

Cook till gravy mixture thickens.

Toss shredded beef in gravy mixture. VIOLA
