Beth's Best Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
! pd ground turkey 93% lean1/4 Italian style breadcrumbs1 egg3 tsp. Worchester sauce1/2 c chopped green pepper1/4 c chopped onion1 tsp dry ground cumin4 tblspn hickory barbecue sauce2 slices 2% American cheese
Directions
Add all ingredients except cheese, tomato slices and1 tblspn of barbecue sauce to a bowl (these will be your meatloaf topper). Mix well. Bake in loaf pan at 325 for 45 minutes. Top with tomato slices, remaining barbecue sauce and cheese slices. Bake till cheese melted, about 5 minutes
