Asparagus omelet

Ingredients
Asparagus, fresh, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Garlic, .5 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Steam Asparagus first then Cut asparagus into small pieces. Then scramble eggs, salt, pepper and garlic. Coat pan with oil put all ingredients into pan . Fry both sides till eggs is cooked thru.

Cut into 1/4 th
Serve hot or cold. Also makes a good sandwich (I toast the bread)
