Crockpot Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
4 skinned chicken breast halves1 tsp salt2 tsp paprika2 tsp lemon pepper1 large onion sliced10 cloves fresh garlic
Directions
Mix together salt, lemon pepper, and paprika. Rub all over the meaty side of the chicken breast. Place onion in slow cooker. Place chicken, breast side up, on onion. Place garlic on chicken.

Cover and cook on low in slow cooker for about 6 hours or until juices run clear.

Great with a side salad or over whole wheat pasta.

    DEEELISH! I am a garlic lover and next time would actually add even MORE garlic! I also added some fresh squeezed lemon juice from one lemon. I served it over Barilla whole grain spagetti. - 4/6/08
