Ingredients
sprouted crunchy uncooked beans and lentil mix- (I know the ingredient list specifies cooked spouts- it's the closest ingredient I could find) Finely diced - parsley, cucumber, green tomatoes, red onions, garlic lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil (optional) - to taste
Directions
Chop up your veggies and mix with the sprouted beans - season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper - olive oil is optional.
