Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp splenda brown sugar blend1/2 clove of garlic3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic and splenda. Slowly, while whisking the balsamic mixture, add the olive oil until dressing is emulsified.

Makes approximately 6 servings.

This is GREAT as a chicken marinade, on salads, on rice, on anything!!

I usually just eyeball the amounts. More dijon makes a thicker dressing.
