BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef1 C Chopped Onion1 Can Whole Kernal Corn (or 2 C frozen)1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup1 1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper2 TBSP Mrs Dash (or season to taste)1 C Light Sour Cream1/4 C Chopped Pimentos1 Can Rotel Tomatoes1 12 oz pkg Egg Noodles (cooked)(serving size is 2 0z)
Directions
Cook the Noodles in a pot while you brown the meat and chopped onion in a skillet. Drain Noodles when done and pour into a dutch oven. Add the browned meat and onion and stir. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Pour into a 9 x 12 Casserole Dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 - 10 servings in 9x12 Casserole Dish
