Vegan Peach breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
1 slice or more of silken tofu (I used rooster brand)1 1/2 cups of fresh sliced peach1 tbsp of ground flaxapproximately 10 almonds1/2 cup of cooked steel cut oats1 1/2 cups of ice
Directions
Cook the steel cut oats in water and wait for it to cool. In the meantime slice the tofu and peaches and place in a blender with the almonds, flax and any sweetener you desire. Blend till smooth, then add the cooked oats and ice and blend for about a minute. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes one smoothie
