Chicken broccoli potatoe casserole

Ingredients
40 oz breast meat diced into chunkssalt and pepper1/4 cup onion flakes1 Can cream of chicken1 can cream of celerey1 cup broth (veg or chicken)4 oz velveeta14 oz broccoli florets16 oz frozen corn 6-8 medium red potatoes1 can frenchs fried onions * Cheddar*
Directions
cook chicken and seasoning in skillet. Add soups, broth, velveeta, broccoli and corn, then stir and set aside
In extra large pyrex spray with non-stick spray,
and dice potatoes then season with salt and pepper. Add about 1/2 can of frenchs onions then top with chicken mixture. Add remaining Frenchs onions to top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45-60 min or until potatoes are cooked.
