Beef tomato and zucchini skillet

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 large onion, chopped (approx. 1.5 cups)2 cloves fresh garlic, minced1 large zucchini, sliced (approx. 2 cups)1 14.5 oz can stewed Italian tomatoes1 tbs. dried oregano1 tsp. dried basil1c. Water1.5 c dried rotini pasta6oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)6 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
1. Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat and pour beef back into skillet.
2. Add chopped onion and garlic and cook covered, stirring occasionally until onion is soft. Add zucchini, tomatoes, oregano, basil, water and rotini. Cook covered, stirring occasionally,until rotini is cooked.
3. Top each serving with cheeses.
