Easy Crockpot Fiesta Chicken

Ingredients
3 frozen, boneless and skinless chicken breasts1 (15 oz.) can of reduced sodium, black beans, drained and rinsed1 (15 oz.) can of sweet corn, drained1 brick of 1/3 less fat cream cheese1 jar of your favorite salsa (I use Newman's Own Peach)
Directions
Combine frozen chicken breasts, beans, corn, and salsa in crock-pot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or until chicken is cooked. Shred the chic.ken breasts (in the crock-pot using two forks works well). Add the cream cheese, and let sit for 1/2 hour. Stir to combine.

Serving Size: divide recipe by 8 equal portions
