Quarter salad

Ingredients
With the ingredients that you purchase from the store, you should be able to make the salad four times and use up Nearly all the whole ingredients. Obviously the idea is to use 1/4 of each ingredient. 2 handfuls of solid greens(spinach, mixed herbs and/or kale)A chopped carrot stick1/2 can beans(black/chickpea), rinsed1/2 cup cooked rice(with 1 tsp chili powder)Celery stick, choppedCorn(1/4 of stick or can)1/4 small onion, diced1/4 red pepper, diced1/4 lime
Directions
1) toss salad on plate
2) mix everything else
3) squeeze lime on salad and mix
4) toss mix onto salad and eat up
