Kale Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 C. chopped Kale, 1 C. Coconut Milk, 1 Serving of the Protein Powder of your choice2 T. FlaxSeed Meal1 tsp. Vanilla 1 t. Trulia Sweetener1/2 cup of ice
Directions
Add the Kale, Coconut Milk, Protein Powder, FlaxSeed Meal, Vanilla and Trulia Sweetener to your blender. Blend on liquefy until well-combined. Then add about 1/2 cup of ice and blend again until the ice is in small crushed pieces.

Serving Size: 1-2 servings.
