Jen's Chili

1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger1 large onion, diced1 tbs minced garlic1 large can dark red kidney beans1 large can tomato juice2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles (or plain, or a combination of both)1 can Miller High Lifedash Worcestershire sauce1 tsp sugar8 tsp chili powder1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp dried parsleytiny pinch cinnamonsalt and pepper to taste (though I rarely add salt)
Brown the meat with the diced onion. Drain the meat of fat, then add the garlic, cooking for long enough to let garlic soften. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes or longer.
