Fried Apples

Ingredients
6 small apples; peeled, cored, and sliced2 tbsp. margarine2 tbsp. packed brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Melt margarine in skillet.
Add sliced apples and brown sugar.
Cook over medium to medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add ground cinnamon and stir.
Cook an additional 3-5 minutes until apples are soft.
Serve warm.

This recipe is easily adjusted.
1 tsp. margarine, 1 tsp. brown sugar, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon per apple.
