Waffle/Pancake Almond Flour (only)

Ingredients
1 Cup of Almond Flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp or dash of salt1/2 cup of organic soy milk1 tsp of vanilla extract1 tsp of organic blue agave sweeter1 egg yolk1 egg white
Directions
Warm-up waffle iron if needed. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. Whip egg white in other bowl until firm. Melt butter in microwave. Add soy milk and other wet ingredients to dry. Fold in the egg white. Let sit for five minutes. Pour in waffle iron or skillet as desired.

Serving Size: Makes four 4" square waffles or 4" round pancakes
