Chow Chow

Ingredients
1 green bell pepper, seeded and dicedabout 5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced1 medium yellow onion, diced1 Tbsp. granulated sugar1/2 c. white vinegar
Directions
Chop up all ingredients and mix in a 4 cup tupperware bowl. It tastes best if it sits for a while (maybe an hour or so) before serving. Will keep in the fridge and tastes better the longer it sits!
