Ingredients
2 c water2 c milk (I substitute Rice Dream)1/2 tsp tea masala5 tsp sugar (I use Sugar in the Raw)
Directions
Boil the water, tea and tea masala for 10 minutes. Add the Rice Dream and bring it just back up to a boil.
